When researching a museum object for a tour, the best practice is to begin your research with the resources included in the object's record in Collection Online. Search for your artwork by using the accession number. Once you locate your object, scroll down the page to a box like the one below.
Clicking on any of the plus signs will give you information about the object. The "Citations" heading will provide you with all the bibliography for the artwork. The majority of the entries are available at the Ingalls Library.
